Hi, I’m Wendy, and I am proud to provide a professional home boarding service for dog owners across Northwich and the surrounding Cheshire villages.

My journey with Digs for Dogs began years ago when I was a home boarder myself, looking after many different dogs during school holidays and weekends. Having opened my own home to these visitors, I saw firsthand the difference a “home-from-home” environment makes to a pet’s well-being compared to a traditional kennel. This experience inspired me to launch my own branch; now, instead of hosting dogs myself, I dedicate my time to recruiting and managing a professional network of host families across Northwich. My goal is to ensure every dog in our community can enjoy a happy, one-to-one holiday in a real home setting, just like the ones I used to provide.

I provide a specialised service designed to take the stress out of your dog’s holiday, focusing on comfort, safety, and individual attention.

• The Perfect Match: I take the time to get to know you and your dog to ensure I match them with the most suitable host family in my network. Whether your dog enjoys long walks or prefers a quiet afternoon in a sunny garden, I’ll find the perfect match for them.

• Door-to-Door Chauffeur Service: I handle all the logistics. I will collect your dog from your home in my professionally fitted, air-conditioned van and safely deliver them to their holiday host. At the end of their stay, I’ll bring them back to your doorstep.

• Maintaining Routines: Your dog’s existing feeding and exercise schedules are followed exactly. Our hosts are dedicated dog lovers who provide the same level of care and companionship your pet receives at home.

• Peace of Mind: While you are away, I stay in close contact with our hosts and send you regular photo updates, so you can see exactly how much fun your dog is having on their own holiday.
