I’m Jon and I provide a dog home boarding service in North Manchester including Broughton, Cheetham Hill, Harpurhey, Monsall, Collyhurst and the surrounding areas.

At Digs for Dogs, we know from experience that traditional kennels can be a daunting and stressful place for many animals. We provide dog owners with the perfect alternative to kennels so you can be confident that your four-legged friend will receive the same amount of love and attention that they are used to at home.

With our Dog Home Boarding service, we expertly match your dog with one of our loving pet sitters to give you complete peace of mind that your pet is cared for whilst you’re away.

£30.00 Registration for one dog

£50.00 Registration for two dogs

£32.00 Home boarding for one dog per day

£60.00 Home boarding for two dogs per day

£20.00 each way to chauffeur your dog/s to and from their holiday home

£12.00 per day supplement for Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays etc.

Our hours for collections and drop-offs are:
Mon-Fri – 09:00am – 16:00pm
Sat – 09:00am – 12:00pm

Would like to say how amazing Sue at Digs for dogs has been with our beloved family dog, Buster. We have asked Sue twice in the past 12 months to find Buster a holiday home to stay and both times we have been more than happy with the lovely people she has found for Buster, he has enjoyed both his stays a great deal! I have to say Buster is not just a dog to us, he is a massive part of our family and I do treat him like my other child  haha, so when I leave him I'm very nervous to know how he settles in. Well all I can say is Sue makes me feel completely at ease with all the updates, photos and videos we get of Buster while we are away on holiday, I can't recommend her enough! Digs for Dogs provide a fantastic service and I will continue to use them for the future, thank you.

This service exceeds the alternatives. Maisie our Boston Terrier is getting on in years and is nearly blind but as she was placed with a suitable family and treated as she is at home. She came back to us with little sign of stress. This is something that she had displayed previously after being left behind while the family were abroad. Sue really got to know us and Maisie so was able to place her with the right people. The updates we received while away were eagerly anticipated by our children and gave us all peace of mind. Well done to everyone involved

Brendan and Sue are recently retired and miss the companionship offered by dogs.  Previously they had Jack Russells (2 plus 5 puppies!) but they love all sorts of breeds.  They often go for long walks in the local area, along Slattocks Canal, up to Tandle Hill and around Hollingworth Lake so your dog will get lots of fresh air but for those more lazy days your dog will love their large, secure garden, perfect for the odd game of fetch.  Allowed in all the rooms downstairs your dog will get lots of love and attention from Brendan, Sue and family

Jean and Johnny are experienced dog owners having had staffies and Yorkshire terriers previously.  Jean has recently retired and they’re both looking forward to having an excuse to take more exercise and enjoy walking your dog.  Welcome everywhere except the bedrooms your dog will love the safe, secure back garden and long walks in the local park.

Kelly and Adam grew up around dogs and have experience of all sorts of different breeds.  Charlie, their 7 year old son, is desperate for a dog of his own so your dog will be covered in hugs and kisses!  As a family they love the company you can only get from a dog and they appreciate each dog’s individual character and quirks!

Your dog will be welcome throughout the house and will be totally safe in their secure back garden.  The family live 150 yards from Bowlee Park so lots of exercise and long walks literally on the doorstep.
