Franchise Owner:

Dave Dainter

Hello,
I’m Dave, I provide a dog home boarding service in Rossendale, Rawtenstall, Bacup, Waterfoot, Crawshawbooth, Haslingden, Helmshore and the surrounding areas.

At Digs for Dogs, we know from experience that traditional kennels can be a daunting and stressful place for many animals. We provide dog owners with the perfect alternative to kennels so you can be confident that your four-legged friend will receive the same amount of love and attention that they are used to at home.

With our dog home boarding service, we expertly match your dog with one of our loving pet sitters to give you complete peace of mind that your pet is cared for whilst you’re away.

Reviews about Dave Dainter

We always use Digs for Dogs

We always use Digs for Dogs

We always use Digs for Dogs to board our Weimaraner Leo! They are always accommodating and have always found a family to take him! Leo loves his holidays with Digs and always comes back to us with a smile on his face, yes my boy can smile! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Digs for Dogs home boarding service nor their dog walking service, always very accommodating and friendly! Great people, great service
This service is excellent!

This service is excellent!

I have been a customer of Digs for Dogs for the past 12 months and have used their services on a number of occasions now. I have always found the service to be excellent- this business is clearly run by people who love dogs! My own hound is a spoilt black Lab, who loves her food, going for walks and playing with her toys (in that order). I have noticed that Poppy seems very settled with Jackie and in fact is always pleased to see her, which is a good thing for me. Once I have booked with Jackie, I receive details of the family that Poppy will be staying with and where possible, Jackie will place her with the same family each time, so that Poppy has chance to make a bond. Whilst I am away, I receive regular updates and pictures of my dog, clearly enjoying herself without me! I would have no hesitation in recommending Jackie and Digs for Dogs;  it’s a great way to have that necessary time to yourselves but at the same time feel confident and happy that your pet is being well looked after.
Digs for Dogs is an exceptional service!!

Digs for Dogs is an exceptional service!!

We have now used this service on 6 occasions when we have been going on holiday.  Our little dog Ailsa is now 12yrs old.  Over the years she has been to various dog minders and there have been issues on coming home, being quite muted for several days afterwards, and dirty. 2yrs ago I contacted Digs for Dogs after we were let down 2 weeks before our holiday. I was visited the day afterwards by them.  I was amazed by the detailed information they required, they are very thorough in their job. A holiday home was found for Ailsa at very short notice. I received text messages and photos whilst we were away which was so reassuring for us. She came back home very clean and bouncing!!  We were delighted. We continue to use Digs for Dogs and always will. It is a fantastic service the staff and home boarders obviously are huge dog lovers, they are cared for exceptionally well. We can now go on holiday with peace of mind, knowing that Ailsa is good, and enjoying her holiday as well!!
