My dog walking services provide peace of mind that your four-legged friend is getting the fresh air and exercise they need to stay mentally and physically healthy. At Digs for Dogs, it’s our mission to return your dog happily exhausted and ready for an afternoon nap!
Each service we offer is tailored to your dog’s individual needs; whether it’s group walks, house visits or a pet taxi. Any special requirements are catered for, just be sure to let us know!
Me and my dogs
From a young age I have grown up with dogs and I have always considered them as a part of my family. Over the years I have welcomed all kinds of breeds into my home, including guide dogs whilst they were in training. My children, husband and I loved the experience of having these dogs around so much it led us to getting our own Black Labrador, Poppy.
My Digs for Dogs Business
Before Digs for Dogs I worked in Childcare for many years, and I was a customer of Digs for Dogs myself, so I can assure you that your dogs will be well looked after with me.
I am certainly my happiest when I’m around my furry friends, and out in the great outdoors, so when the opportunity to pursue dog walking as a career arose, I just knew it would be my ideal job.
I want to reassure you that I will provide the best care possible for your dog/s and ensure they have a safe, enjoyable walk when they are with me. I provide a caring and reliable service offering Dog Walking, Puppy Visits, Elderly Dogs Care and a Pet Taxi Service in Whitefield, Radcliffe, Prestwich, Unsworth and surrounding areas.
Dog walking
I live locally so I know all the best spots for some muddy adventures, and fun in the sun. I am fully trained and qualified in Canine First Aid, so your dogs will be in extremely safe hands with me. I am truly passionate about caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes and realise the importance of socialising, playing and exploring.
All of the dogs I walk are always truly loved and cared for and I do everything I can to find out about your dog’s individual needs to plan the perfect walking schedule. Some dogs love to walk in a pack, racing around in the fresh air with their doggy friends – whereas some dogs require the extra attention of a solo walk.
Whichever best suits your pooch, I will make sure they have plenty of exercise and plenty of fun and then I will return them warm, dry, and ready for a snooze.
The walking routes we take include Hurst Wood, Drinkwater Park, Waterdale Park, Forrest Bank, Close Park, Philips Park Hall, Prestwich Clough and more.
