We would like to introduce you all to our new franchisee, Helen Fairclough! Helen launches her new Dog Walking franchise on the 4th April and she would love to introduce herself…

“Hi I’m Helen! First of all, I am a huge animal lover and I was brought up on a dairy farm so I just love the outdoor life. I have two dogs of my own, a Staffy/Labrador cross called Tara (8), and my little Poppy, a Whippet/Spaniel cross (1), both of my girls are rescue dogs. I have spent most of my working life in the motor trade and had a huge responsibility working within a pressurised, stressful environment. I couldn’t wait for the end of the day to come so I could get home to my girls. There is no better tonic when you get home from work to get out into the fresh air and to take your two best companions out for a good long walk, within minutes all the stresses of the day have gone. This is what started to make me think about a new career working with animals. I had seen the Digs for Dogs vans driving around and knew that this was the career move I was looking for. Therefore, deciding to buy the franchise business seemed like the perfect new venture for me and I really can’t wait to get started and spend more time doing what I love most with lots of new dogs!”
