I used Digs for Dogs for the first time during the Easter holidays. Admittedly, I was a little hesitant at first because my husky Nanook is quite clingy with me – plus he doesn’t like change very much. Therefore, I worried about him fretting and pining for me. However, Nicole soon put my mind at ease with her professionalism, her calm approach, and her patience. She also answered all of my queries (and believe me I had a lot). Nicole reassured me that Nanook would be well looked after by the host Elaine (and he sure was). Elaine was amazing in every single way. She kept me updated constantly with texts, photos and videos of my boy. Thank you Nicole, and thank you Elaine – you have both been absolutely fantastic and have offered a first class service from start to finish. I will most definitely be using Digs for Dogs every time I go on holiday.
