Neal has been absolutely brilliant with our cockapoo Rupert. Our last dog walker had been having issues with Rupert (aggression during the walks, constant barking etc), but hadn’t let us know (and Rupert was fine with us), so we wanted to find someone who could handle Rupert and be really open and communicative. We are so happy we found Neal. Initially he gave us daily reports, and now Rupert has settled down a bit we get a jolly message and photo or two a week which is perfect.
