Watch out for Bev Lewis and her black Labrador Cooper in the Digs for Dogs Mobile. Bev and Cooper are now officially part of the Digs for Dogs Gang and will be launching their new business on Monday 16th June. Give them a toot and a wave if you see the van!!
Bev will be offering Pet Services for Dogs in Whitefield, Prestwich, Radcliffe, Unsworth, Hollins and all the other villages in between.

A bit about Bev…….

“Hello,
I have recently joined the Digs for Dogs gang and I am really excited about my new business venture operating a branch of “Digs for Dogs” in Whitefield, Prestwich, Radcliffe, Unsworth and Hollins.
I am originally from Rawmarsh in South Yorkshire, and although a Yorkshire lass at heart, Manchester has become home.
I moved to Manchester in 1989 to do a teaching degree in Food Technology at Manchester Metropolitan University. This is where I met my husband Gareth in my first year of studying and we now have two beautiful children; Megan and Emily not forgetting our gorgeous black Labrador, Cooper, who are all also extremely excited to be joining the team. As well as offering a dog taxi service, I seem to spend the remaining hours of the day being a mum taxi…. I’m sure the girls will not mind sharing the fare with my doggy passengers – “Eau de wet dog” will make them very popular at their dance classes!!
After working in finance for nearly 18 years, I decided it was time for a change and a fresh start……..
The Digs for Digs Team have cared for Cooper since he was 10 weeks old and I have seen how much they love their work, so when the opportunity came along to join them, I jumped at the chance! What could be better than being out in the fresh air with all those lovely doggies, including Cooper…….. It just doesn’t feel like work!! Although dog walking does not require a professional degree it does require a love of animals, organisation, reliability and a genuine desire to do right by the customer.
